Barley Balance™ provides the most concentrated source of barley beta glucan
fiber produced in its natural form. It is made from the advanced North American
food barley using a special dry milling and concentration process that maintains
the natural character of the grain's complex carbohydrates in a product that has
over 20% beta glucan and has over 30 % total dietary fiber. This product is a fine
light flour that is ready to add superb functional and nutritional performance to
